HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD SITUATION, NEXT TO THE CENTER AND IN THE GASCON STREET, FULL OF CIDER HOUSES . THERE WAS NO FREE PARKING SPACE, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A LARGE AND COMFORTABLE PUBLIC CAR PARK NEXT TO THE HOTEL. BE CAREFUL, THE ACCESS TO THE HOTEL CAR PARK IS BY ELEVATOR (PROBLEMATIC FOR BIG CARS) . THE HOTEL LOOKS A BIT OLD-FASHIONED . WE WERE GIVEN A FAMILY ROOM, WHICH IS TWO DOUBLE ROOMS JOINED TOGETHER. ONE OF THEM QUITE SMALL, WITH A TABLE AND A SMALL TV. THE BATHROOMS ARE NEW AND CLEAN. ALTHOUGH IT IS COMFORTABLE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AND BE ALL TOGETHER . WE DIDN'T GET BREAKFAST AS I FOUND IT QUITE EXPENSIVE (11.- EURO/PERSON). IN THE AREA WE HAD A PERFECT BREAKFAST, PAYING FOR ALL 4 WHICH COST US ONLY 1 IN THE HOTEL. THE RECEPTIONIST ANGELS CHARMING, VERY NICE AND PENDING TO INFORM ME OF PLANS TO DO WITH THE CHILDREN. ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO/SEE EVERYTHING.

I ASKED FOR THE ROOMS TO BE UPSTAIRS AND THEY WERE GIVEN TO US ON THE FIRST FLOOR. . . .AND THEY WERE WELL SOUNDPROOFED. . . THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE FAMILY ROOM PER FLOOR AND THAT ON THOSE DAYS (THE AUGUST HOLIDAY) THE HOTEL WAS FULL, SO THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER FLOOR.

The Sercotel in Oviedo had a perfect location. My room, a Superior Double Room, was clean and had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, a relief, especially during the warmer part of the day. Parking was a nightmare. On top of that, the breakfast selection was average, lacking variety, though the breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately, noise from the street disrupted sleep when I opened the window for fresh air. It was a decent place for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to spend too many nights here due to the parking and noise issues.

Excellent location, close to the cathedral and at an acceptable distance from the most commercial area of the city. hotel is on Gascona Street, considered the "boulevard of the cider", so the typology is guaranteed. However, it is in the quieter part of this street, divided into two sections that are uneven in terms of crowds and noise. Appropriate facilities, in general terms. Cafeteria with self-service machine, has positive aspects and others not so much. Good cleanliness of the facilities and trousseau. Adequate quality/price ratio. Breakfast, quite correct.

They have two garages and they gave us the best place (as we checked) in the best garage (as we were told; the other one is with a lift). However, with a long car it is necessary to maneuver quite a bit to get in and out. Although we have seen them much worse in many hotels, this is the only somewhat "negative" aspect that we can point out.

Amazing hotel for the price. Has a very upscale feel, with courteous staff and the hotel is just beautiful. Had a nice shower, and the room was larger than expected. Staff spoke some English as well, which was very helpful. An excellent stay overall, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Wifi was slightly weak in the room. No other negatives at all.

The location across a lively street filled with restaurants makes it convenient for dining options. The bed in my room offered comfort that let me unwind after long days of exploring.

The WiFi connection was annoyingly poor, dropping frequently during simple tasks. Navigating to the hotel was tricky. Google Maps led me astray, and the parking situation was a headache-tight space and a car-lift made maneuvering a large vehicle a real challenge. Noise from nearby restaurants was noticeable until late, potentially troublesome for light sleepers.

Great location, slap in the centre, just a bit difficult to find even with sat nav as it is on pedestrian street, but great parking.

Location is excellent, close to the historic sites and cathedral. Close to sidrerias and plenty of places to eat. For me the best feature was the front desk staff, friendly and helpful.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with wonderful dining options right outside. My room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is centrally located on a lively street packed with restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable, and i loved that i could open the windows for fresh air. Breakfast was good, with local dishes and a friendly staff.
